Welcome to the ETC Remote Support Page!
ETC has implemented a remote help capability that allows us to remotely access customer computers for purposes of troubleshooting, training, etc. ETC and the customer have simultaneous access to the customer desktop during a remote help session. Procedures are simple and are detailed in on this Webpage.
- ETC personnel must be at their office PC to use this capability.
- Any remote help session must be pre-coordinated with ETC.
